1. Gratuity
Our crew goes the extra mile, that’s why we build gratuity into our price so you get a no surprises price up front.
2. Music
Please bring your favorite playlist. You’ll be able to play music through either an AUX cord or Bluetooth connection.
3. Food
You're more than welcome to bring food, we recommend ready made foods so you're enjoying the maximum time on the water. We also offer catering, chef prepared meals, and service dockside restaurants.
4. Alcohol
Pick your poison, but please keep glass to a minimum, it's easy to drop your drink if a wave rolls through. Please leave the red wine behind, it doesn't come out of the carpet or fabric.
5. Deposits
Our standard procedure is collecting 50% to reserve your charter, remaining balance is required 7-days prior to departure.
6. Occupancy
There are no exceptions to the maximum of 13 passengers (including children and infants) aboard any VOYAGER yacht marked max 13. This is a USCG (United States Coast Guard) law that applies to all vessels regardless of size. If you're looking for a vessel that can legally accommodate groups of 50 to 600, check out our Skipperliner 100' and Nichols 228'.
7. Bahamas
Please make sure the entire group has valid passports. Once we return to the US, we’ll be required to go through customs. The process takes about an hour not accounting for traffic.
8. Pickups/Dropoffs
We can pick you up/drop you off from almost anywhere, depending on if there’s an available dock and the required water depth. Keep in mind that some places charge a landing fee. The clock starts when the vessel leaves the marina, you can always buy more time to offset the convenience of a pickup.
9. Cancelations
Yacht charters are non-refundable. There are no special exceptions for but not limited to random acts of god, virus outbreaks, and hurricanes. Credits for a weather related cancelation can be redeemed for up to 1 year from the scheduled charter date. The request is subject to availability and does not include major or local holidays (unless booked on one).
10. Weather
Yacht charters are non-refundable. Miami is tropical, it can rain here or there and will end up being sunny the rest of the day so don’t panic! But in the event that you cancel the charter due to inclement weather, you may reschedule. Rescheduling is valid one time for up to one year from the original charter date. The request is subject to availability and does not include major or local holidays (unless booked on one).
