1. Can we play our own music?

Absolutely, please bring your favorite playlist! You’ll be able to play music through either an AUX cord or Bluetooth connection. We're not gonna lie, our sound system is bad ass.

2. Can we bring our own food?

Hell yea! You’re more than welcome to bring anything you want, we have a full kitchen and outdoor grill for you to use.

3. Can we bring our own alcohol?

Pick your poison, but please keep glass to a minimum, it's easy to drop your drink if a wave rolls through. Lastly, leave the red wine behind, it doesn't come out of the carpets.

4. Do you have parking?

We sure do, and it's free! Here's an aerial view of our marina with parking instructions Once you've parked in our Marina Guest lot, head on over to Gate B.

5. Can I pay with cash?

Sure, please reach out to setup an appointment to drop by.

6. Can I reserve a date and put down a deposit?

Our standard procedure is collecting 20% to reserve your charter, payment in full is due 7-days prior.

7. How many people can we fit on your yacht?

We can legally only accommodate up to 12. Looking for more? Contact us, we can always charter two yachts and do a party for 24.

8. Do we need passports to go to the Bahamas?

Yes, please make sure the entire group has valid passports. Once we return to the US, we’ll also have to go through customs. The process takes about an hour not accounting for traffic.

9. Can you pick us up?

We can pick you up from almost anywhere, depending on if there’s an available dock and at least 5ft water depth. Keep in mind that some marinas charge a fee to pick up customers. The clock starts when we leave our home marina, you can always buy more time to offset the convenience of a pickup

10. Can you accommodate people in wheelchairs?

Although yachts are notoriously not geared towards people with handicaps, we’d be more than happy to accommodate you in a judgement free zone. We want everyone to have a good time and we believe a handicap shouldn't get in the way of enjoying time on the water.

11. What are your cancelation terms?

If you request to cancel 30 days prior to a charter, the total value will be refunded. Requests to cancel 14 days prior to a charter will result in the total value less 20% processing fee being refunded. Requests to cancel 7 days prior to a charter will result in the total value being a loss. All sales are final, no refunds.

12. What if it’s raining on the day of my charter?

Miami is tropical, it can rain here or there and will end up being sunny the rest of the day so don’t panic! But in the event that you cancel the charter due to inclement weather, you may reschedule. Rescheduling is valid one time for up to one year from the original charter date. The request is subject to availability and does not include holidays. All sales are final, no refunds.
