Booking & Policies
Deposits, rescheduling, and weather considerations.
To secure your yacht charter, a 50% deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to departure.
Due to the nature of yacht charters, bookings are non-refundable; we offer a one-time reschedule (“rain check”). Rain checks are valid up to one year from the contracted date, subject to availability, excluding major and local holidays.
Miami weather can be tropical with passing showers. If weather impacts your charter, you may reschedule under our rain-check policy (valid up to one year; availability dependent; holidays excluded).
Capacity & Guest Rules
Headcount limits, kids, pets, and smoking.
Leisure yachts are limited by USCG regulations and typically max at 8, 10, or 13 guests. For larger groups, we have events vessels—up to 50 guests on our Skipperliner 100’ and up to 600 aboard our Nichols 222’.
Kids are welcome and must be supervised by an adult from your party at all times. While underway, children under 13 must wear a life jacket. Let us know ages so we can provide appropriate vests.
For insurance and damage reasons, pets are not permitted onboard VOYAGER vessels.
Smoking is not permitted. Vape products without open flame may be allowed at crew discretion—ask your captain. Illegal substances are prohibited; violations will terminate the charter without refund.
